Shipping Information

At this time, Chefs' Secret Garden accepts orders from the United States only.

All orders are shipped within the Continental United States via UPS. If UPS service is unavailable, orders are shipped via the most economical carrier.

Overnight or rush delivery service is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for more information before making your order.

Payments

Your credit card payments are processed securely by 2CheckOut.com.

If you wish to pay with a check or money order, please contact us for instructions.

Disclaimer

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. As with any product, discontinue use immediately if irritation occurs. Exercise caution when using products containing essential oils. Some essential oils are not suitable for those who are pregnant, have epilepsy, or allergies. We are not responsible for adverse effects caused by these ingredients. You should always research essential oils to find which ones are suitable for you, and consult a physician if you have further questions.

 

 

Returns and Refunds

If you are dissatisfied with our products for any reason, you may return them unopened for a full refund, less shipping charges, within 5 days of receiving your shipment. Please include a copy of your receipt with all returns and exchanges. Items being returned must be returned in perfect, UNUSED condition. When receiving a refund on returns, all shipping charges are non-refundable. You must contact Chefs' Secret Garden withing 48 hours after receiving the shipment to authorize the return.

In unlikely event that you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please contact us as soon as possible to determine the best method for replacement of your defective product.

For products damaged during shipping: You must immediately contact the carrier to file a damaged merchandise claim within 5 days of receipt. You must have original box available for their inspection.
